# Getting Started

> Get up and running with the ParlayX API

Before you can place orders or move funds off ParlayX, there are two
account setup steps to complete in the [console](https://console.parlayx.com/):

* **Fund your account.** ParlayX provisions a dedicated USDC deposit wallet
  address for your account. Send USDC to that address and the balance becomes
  available to route across venues. See [Deposit](/deposit).
* **Whitelist a withdrawal address.** Before you can withdraw your balance,
  you must add a destination wallet address to your whitelist. Only
  whitelisted addresses can receive funds. See [Withdraw](/withdraw).
