Custody and control

No. Pod wallets are self-custodial and stay with the pod. Cash at an account-based venue such as Kalshi stays in your account, at the venue, under your name. Our credentials there are trading-only.
No, under any circumstance, including non-payment. Closing a position is a trade, and trades belong to you.
Service ends and access to your own assets does not. You keep the ability to retrieve your keys and move funds and positions out. See Off-Boarding & Revocation.
For account-based venues, yes — the account is KYC’d to your entity and cannot be delegated. You connect the account you already hold. Wallet venues need nothing from you; each pod gets its own wallet.

Structure and access

One per book you would want funded, measured, and permissioned separately. Strategy, desk, client book, or venue are all common cuts. See Pods.
Yes. They hold a separate key per pod, and nothing carries between them.
Not through an actor key. Actor keys read their own orders and fills. Organization-wide and pod-wide oversight is an admin function in the console.
With one account tied to one pod, yes. If you tie one account to several pods, ParlayX attributes activity correctly but the venue still sees one balance — capital is commingled there. Hard isolation on an account venue requires a separate account per pod, or venue-side subaccounts. We would rather say this plainly than have you discover it later.
Access control — which pod, which capital, what the actor may do — is enforced today. Quantitative pre-trade limits are on the roadmap; talk to us about what your desk needs and where it sits in our sequencing.

Venues and markets

Kalshi and Polymarket. New venues on customer request, typically a one to two week integration.
Deterministically. The same outcome maps the same way every time, rather than being inferred probabilistically by a model. See Market Mappings.
Mapping coverage currently concentrates on sports, where our customers are. Other categories expand with demand — tell us what you need.
No. You decide where to trade. ParlayX gives you comparable prices and liquidity for the same outcome across venues, and executes what you instruct.

Product and commercial

Both. Everything meaningful is available programmatically, and the console is the oversight surface. See the API Reference and SDK.
Position, exposure, and P&L analytics across pods, actors, and venues are part of the product. See Portfolio and positions. We are not a CRM and do not manage client relationships.
Not today. Cross-venue collateral efficiency is where the product is headed, and it depends on the position data this platform already produces. Talk to us if it is relevant to your desk.
None of those. ParlayX is software. You hold the venue relationships, you hold the capital, and you remain responsible for your own regulatory position and venue eligibility. We do not take the other side of your trades.
Pricing is set by plan, based on how many pods you run and how many actors trade them. Email contact@parlayx.com and we will walk you through the options.
